What are rewards points, and how do I join the C60 Loyalty Rewards Program?
C60 Loyalty Rewards is our loyalty program; you get rewarded every time you shop! New customers can create an account to join for free.

Who can join?
Anyone who signs up for an account is automatically enrolled. Visit C60 Loyalty Rewards and join today!

How do I earn points?
Once you sign up, you earn 5 points for every dollar you spend! You can redeem rewards by following us on Facebook or Instagram, joining our mailing list, referring friends, writing a review, sharing a video, or adding your birthday.

Can I combine my redeemed points voucher with other coupons from other offers? Only one promotion, coupon, or rewards voucher can be applied per order.

When will I receive my points, and when will they be reflected on my account?
Rewards points for purchases may take up to 30 days before they are reflected on your C60 Loyalty Rewards account.

How do I view my points balance?
Log in to your account for an up-to-date view of your rewards points.

How do I redeem my points?
Login to your account, then scroll down to the "Redeem Your Points" section. You can view the benefits you have at your current membership tier level. You can redeem a coupon code based on the points you've collected. Once you have the coupon code, you can use it by entering the code at the checkout.

Why isn't my rewards voucher working?

Something to note: Our coupon codes and loyalty vouchers can only be applied to non-sale items. Therefore, discount codes will not work on bundles, kits, or subscriptions because those are already discounted. C60 Skin is not currently on sale, so it would be eligible for the voucher if the items in your cart add up to at least the minimum purchase required. C60 skin is $29, so you would need to add more to your cart to apply the voucher.

Also, your loyalty voucher requires a minimum purchase amount of $50 - $100, depending on your voucher. A $5 voucher, for example, will only work on purchases of at least $50, whereas a $50 voucher would require a minimum purchase of $100. If you go to the rewards tab in your user area here, you can click on any voucher you have, and it will show you the minimum purchase.

Do points expire?
Points will expire after 12 months.

Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?
Unfortunately, we don't allow multiple accounts to combine points into a single account.

What happens when I return items or cancel an order?
No reward points will be awarded for the initial purchase if an order is canceled or returned.
